The IRO provider offers a full range of activities including, but not limited to, planning, organizing, managing, and controlling a project. While the IT professional offers a set of specific skills such as software design, testing, integration, implementation, and database configuration. The difference between these two providers is the breadth or depth of the tasks and the extent to which they offer a comprehensive solution to any project. In most cases, it is impossible to complete a project successfully if it is not done properly and with flexibility.
